Our registered office is at Ul. Tamka 16-3, 00-349 Warszawa, Poland. Registration numbers: REGON 240448217, NIP 5482487290, KRS 0000263257.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the following products and services operated by forBET Digital:
- This website and any subdomains we operate under our brand;
- Mobile applications we publish on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store under the developer account of forBET Digital;
- Any related services or APIs we provide directly to users.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications or services that may be linked from our products. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
3. Information we collect
We aim to collect only the information we genuinely need to operate our products. The categories of information we may collect are described below.
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact information — name and email address, when you contact us through the website form, apply for a position, or sign up for one of our products;
- Account information — where an application offers an optional account, the credentials you choose (such as username and password, or an authentication token from a sign-in provider you use);
- Preferences — your favourite teams, leagues, topics, notification settings and similar preferences you configure inside our apps;
- User-generated content — comments, posts or messages you submit inside applications that include community features.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information — device type, operating system version, application version, language and region settings, screen size and similar technical attributes;
- Usage information — events such as screen views, taps, sessions, errors and crashes, used to understand product performance and to fix bugs;
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location unless an application explicitly requests it and you grant permission;
- Identifiers — such as a randomly generated installation identifier, or the advertising identifier provided by your operating system, when used by an analytics or attribution SDK that we have integrated.
3.3 Information from third parties
- If you sign in using a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Apple), we receive the basic profile information that you authorize that provider to share with us;
- If you contact us through a third-party platform (for example, a job application portal), we receive the information that platform makes available to us.
4. How we use your information
We process personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide the service — operating our websites and applications, delivering the features you use, and maintaining accounts where applicable;
- To improve the service — analyzing usage patterns, identifying bugs and crashes, and making product and design decisions;
- To communicate with you — responding to your inquiries, sending service-related messages, and informing you of important changes;
- To deliver content relevant to you — using your stated preferences to personalize the in-app experience (for example, the news topics or teams you follow);
- To protect the service — detecting fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforcing our terms;
- To comply with legal obligations — keeping records and responding to lawful requests from authorities where applicable.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes that are unrelated to the operation of our products.
5. Legal basis for processing
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Contract — processing that is necessary to provide the service you have requested;
- Legitimate interests — improving the service, ensuring security, and responding to inquiries, balanced against your rights and expectations;
- Consent — for optional features that require explicit opt-in, such as marketing communications or certain analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time;
- Legal obligation — where processing is required by applicable law.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors that process information on our behalf for hosting, analytics, customer support, crash reporting and similar operational needs, bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms;
- Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the Company, or others;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of the change in ownership and how it affects your information;
- With your consent — when you have given us explicit permission to do so.
7. Third-party services
Our applications may integrate third-party software development kits ("SDKs") and services that process information on our behalf. The categories typically include:
- Analytics — for example, Google Analytics for Firebase, to understand usage patterns and improve the product;
- Crash reporting — for example, Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry, to detect and fix software defects;
- Authentication — for example, Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, where account features are offered;
- Push notifications — for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver alerts you have opted in to receive;
- Content delivery — for example, content delivery networks operated by major cloud providers, to serve images and assets efficiently.
Each application's store listing on Google Play and the App Store contains an up-to-date data safety section listing exactly which categories of data that specific application collects and shares. Please refer to it for application-specific details.
8. International data transfers
We are based in the European Union, and our preferred hosting regions are within the EU. Some of our service providers may process information outside the EEA. When this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Typical retention periods are:
- Contact form submissions and email correspondence: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless we are required to keep them longer;
- Account information: for the lifetime of the account, plus a short period after deletion to handle disputes or legal obligations;
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics: indefinitely, since it does not identify any individual.
10. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, separation of environments, regular updates of dependencies, and an internal review process for changes to systems that handle personal data.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you;
- The right to request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- The right to request deletion of your personal information;
- The right to object to or restrict certain types of processing;
- The right to data portability — to receive your information in a structured, commonly used format;
- The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@forbet-apps.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, usually within 30 days.
12. Children's privacy
Our products are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, in applicable law, or in best practice. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice (such as an in-app announcement). We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
