We work in small teams with short reporting lines. Engineers, designers and product people sit together — figuratively and, when possible, literally — and ship together. We avoid handoffs whenever we can.
We respect deep work. Meetings are bunched, defaults are async, and "no" is a perfectly reasonable answer to an unnecessary calendar invitation.
We pay competitively for the market we hire from, and we are open to remote, hybrid and on-site arrangements depending on the role.
